Easy Keto Breakfast Scramble

A quick and delicious easy keto breakfast scramble!
2 Large eggs
.5 Green Bell Pepper
.25 Yellow Onion
3 White Button MushroomsUse any mushrooms you like!
.25 cup Spinach
3 Sausage LinksCooked
.25 cup Shredded Cheese
.25 tsp Salt-Free SeasoningI use Mrs. Dash Table Blend!
Enjoy this tasty Easy Keto Breakfast Scramble, it is absolutely delicious and full of healthy and filling ingredients.
For this scramble I used green bell pepper, yellow onion, tomato, mushrooms, spinach, sausage, and shredded cheese. Scrambles are awesome because all you need is a couple eggs and whatever low-carb ingredients you have in your fridge. The possibilities are endless!
Start off by grabbing the ingredients you will be using for your scramble and cut the veggies and any meats into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, beat eggs with a fork or whisk and set aside.
Melt butter and a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high to high heat.
Once the butter is hot and melted, add your veggies and sauté them for 2-3 minutes, continuing to cook over medium-high heat and stirring occasionally. If you are cooking onion in your veggies the easiest way to know when done is when the onions start to become translucent.
Add in any meats (bacon, sausage, chorizo, diced ham, steak, etc.) and season with Himalayan Salt, Black Pepper, and for extra flavor add in some Salt-Free seasoning such as Mrs. Dash’s Table Blend.
Sauté the veggies and meats for an additional 1-2 minutes and then pour in the beaten eggs.
Allow the eggs to cook for about 1 minute before scrambling. Stir with a spatula, breaking up and flipping to expose any uncooked egg to the heat.
Once the eggs are fully cooked, turn off the heat and sprinkle in some cheese.
Allow the cheese to melt and serve!
Sauté the veggies
In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter and a splash of olive oil.
Once the pan is hot and butter and oil are melted, add in the veggies, season with Himalayan Salt, Pepper, and a Salt-Free Seasoning such as Mrs. Dash's Table Blend. Stir occasionally. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add in the sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the Eggs
Pour in the egg mixture and allow it to cook over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
If you are feeling brave and the scramble is not sticking to the pan, you can flip the entire thing at once with a flick of the wrist and some pan skills - otherwise using a spatula, flip scramble in segments to get a nice even cook, or simple scramble around to fully cook egg.
