
Keto Italian Roll-Ups
Like a sandwich but without the guilt of carb filled bread!

Ingredients
- 4 Provolone
- 2 Mortadella
- 4 Pepperoni
- 4 Salami
- .5 cup Lettuce
- 3 Grape Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Going to be on the go and afraid you won’t stick to your Keto diet? Whip yourself up some of these delicious Keto Italian Roll-Ups to take away the temptation to eat those carbs! For each roll-up, lay out 2 slices of Provolone Cheese, slightly over lapping one another. Lay out the meat slices from largest to smallest: Mortadella, Pepperoni, and Salami. Squeeze or apply a thin layer of mayonnaise over the meats. Careful not to put too much or too close to the sides or the mayonnaise and mustard will drip out the sides. Add a small handful of lettuce and a couple of grape or cherry tomatoes to each roll-up. Add any additional toppings you desire, such as sliced pepperoncinis, banana peppers, jalapeños, roasted bell peppers, or black olives. Carefully roll up your roll-ups. Serve with a small container of Red Wine Vinegar for extra flavor! Tip: Use clean rubber-bands to keep your roll-ups together for on the go!
