Easy Keto Breakfast Scramble
Mmmm Mmmm Good!!
A quick and delicious easy keto breakfast scramble!
- 2 Large eggs
- .5 Green Bell Pepper
- .25 Yellow Onion
- 3 White Button MushroomsUse any mushrooms you like!
- .25 cup Spinach
- .25 Tomato
- 3 Sausage LinksCooked
- .25 cup Shredded Cheese
- Himalayan Salt
- Black Pepper
- .25 tsp Salt-Free SeasoningI use Mrs. Dash Table Blend!
Sauté the veggies
In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter and a splash of olive oil.
Once the pan is hot and butter and oil are melted, add in the veggies, season with Himalayan Salt, Pepper, and a Salt-Free Seasoning such as Mrs. Dash's Table Blend. Stir occasionally. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add in the sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the Eggs
Pour in the egg mixture and allow it to cook over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
If you are feeling brave and the scramble is not sticking to the pan, you can flip the entire thing at once with a flick of the wrist and some pan skills - otherwise using a spatula, flip scramble in segments to get a nice even cook, or simple scramble around to fully cook egg.
